I wasn’t always a therapist. I was first someone searching for answers — trying to understand why some people lose themselves in others’ expectations, doubt everything about themselves, and end up not knowing who they really are. Highly sensitive myself, I learned to turn what the world sees as a weakness into a reading tool — for emotions, patterns, and what remains unspoken.

I trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, NLP and Nonviolent Communication with one simple goal: help people break free from repetitive patterns, not just “think positive”. NVC is at the heart of my work — it changes the way we speak to ourselves before it changes the way we speak to others.

I work exclusively online. Because change doesn’t depend on a location — it depends on the quality of the connection and a genuine sense of inner safety.

What you want to know

Is online hypnosis as effective as in-person?

Yes, completely. During a session your eyes are closed. The hypnotic state doesn’t depend on physical proximity. At home, in a familiar environment, you’re often more relaxed and therefore more receptive.

Am I receptive to hypnosis?

Everyone enters this state naturally every day. Some people go in faster than others — it’s a question of rhythm, not ability. The only condition: wanting to.

Will I lose control?

No. You remain in control at all times. You won’t do anything against your will or values. It’s impossible. I’m simply a guide.

How many sessions are needed?

Between 4 and 10 sessions depending on your situation, spaced at least 3 weeks apart. Some people see results from the very first session. Every journey is fully personalised.

How does an online session work?

Via Zoom, Google Meet or Skype. You’re comfortably settled with headphones. I guide you exactly as I would in person. If the connection drops, you’ll return to full awareness naturally.
